DHL Express pick-up inplannen (EU)
Wanneer je van mij een DHL Express RMA ontvangt, krijg je twee DHL-documenten per e-mail.
Beide documenten moeten worden geprint in tweevoud.
Het verzendlabel moet goed zichtbaar aan de buitenzijde van de doos worden bevestigd en mag tijdens transport niet los kunnen komen.
Op het document en in de bevestigingsmail staat het Waybill-nummer.
Dit is een 10-cijferig nummer en heb je nodig om zelf een koerier in te plannen. Hiervoor is geen DHL-account nodig.
Koerier inplannen
De ophaalafspraak moet worden ingepland bij DHL Express (niet DHL Parcel).
Dit kan op twee manieren. Je kiest zelf wat het prettigst werkt.
Je kunt telefonisch contact opnemen met de lokale DHL Express klantenservice in het land van verzending. Doorloop het keuzemenu en plan via de planner een ophaalmoment in met het Waybill-nummer. Het juiste telefoonnummer is te vinden via https://mydhl.express.dhl onder Contact.
Daarnaast kun je de pick-up online inplannen via https://mydhl.express.dhl. Kies het land van verzending en ga vervolgens naar Verzenden → Koerier inboeken. Doorloop de stappen met het Waybill-nummer en kies een ophaalmoment en adres naar keuze.
Het pakket dient op het afgesproken moment klaar te staan voor verzending.
Verpakken
Het instrument dient zorgvuldig te worden verpakt, bij voorkeur in de originele verpakking, altijd met een stevige omdoos.
Onjuiste of onvoldoende verpakking kan leiden tot verlies van garantie en het verschuiven van aansprakelijkheid.
De zending betreft een EU-verzending; er zijn geen douanedocumenten nodig.
Scheduling a DHL Express pick-up (EU)
When you receive a DHL Express RMA from me, you will receive two DHL documents by email.
Both documents must be printed in duplicate.
The shipping label must be securely attached to the outside of the box and must not come loose during transport.
The document and confirmation email contain the Waybill number.
This is a 10-digit number and is required to schedule the courier pick-up. No DHL account is needed.
Please note that the pick-up must be scheduled with DHL Express (not DHL Parcel).
Scheduling the courier
There are two ways to arrange the pick-up. You may choose whichever is most convenient.
You can contact the local DHL Express customer service in the country of shipment by phone. Follow the menu options and schedule a pick-up with the planner using the Waybill number. The correct phone number for your country can be found via https://mydhl.express.dhl under Contact.
Alternatively, you can schedule the pick-up online via https://mydhl.express.dhl. Select the country of shipment, then go to Ship → Schedule a Pickup. Follow the steps using the Waybill number and choose a pick-up time and address of your choice.
The shipment must be ready for collection at the agreed time.
Packaging
The instrument must be packed carefully, preferably in the original packaging, and always with a sturdy outer box.
Incorrect or insufficient packaging may result in loss of warranty and a shift of liability.
This is an EU shipment; no customs documents are required.
