Privacyverklaring

Deze website wordt beheerd door Human Error Synth Repair, onderdeel van Neumann Audio Visuals (KVK: 53204743).

Ik ben niet geïnteresseerd in jouw surfgedrag en je activiteit op deze website wordt niet actief bijgehouden met uitzondering van onderstaande:

Persoonsgegevens die ik verwerk

Via het contactformulier verzamel ik gegevens die jij zelf invult, zoals je naam, e-mailadres en informatie over je apparaat. Deze gegevens gebruik ik uitsluitend om je bericht te beantwoorden, een eventuele afspraak in te plannen en in de administratie voor eventuele facturering.

Hoe en waar jouw gegevens worden bewaard

  • De inhoud van je formulier wordt tijdelijk opgeslagen op de server om het bericht veilig af te leveren.
  • Daarna bewaar ik je gegevens lokaal in ErrorLog, mijn eigen reparatiebeheersysteem. Hierin worden je naam, contactgegevens en apparaatinformatie opgeslagen om je reparatieaanvraag te verwerken, de voortgang bij te houden en je te kunnen informeren over de status van je reparatie. ErrorLog draait uitsluitend lokaal en de gegevens worden niet gedeeld met derden. Gegevens worden bewaard tot één jaar na afronding van de reparatie.
  • Er worden géén persoonsgegevens permanent op de server opgeslagen.

Voor de administratie maak ik gebruik van Moneybird. Gegevens die nodig zijn voor facturatie en boekhouding worden hierin verwerkt en bewaard zolang de wet dit verplicht. Moneybird voldoet aan de geldende beveiligings- en privacyrichtlijnen. Meer informatie is te vinden in de privacyverklaring van Moneybird.

Afspraakplanning via Meetergo

Als je een afspraak maakt via Meetergo, geef je je gegevens op via hun platform. Meetergo is een EU-gebaseerde dienst en verwerkt gegevens conform de AVG. Afspraakgegevens worden door Meetergo bewaard tot drie maanden na de afspraakdatum. Het privacybeleid van Meetergo vind je hier: https://www.meetergo.com/privacy-policy.

SoundCloud

Op deze website kan een SoundCloud-player zijn ingesloten om muziek rechtstreeks af te spelen. Bij gebruik van deze player maakt SoundCloud gebruik van cookies en vergelijkbare technieken. Deze kunnen nodig zijn voor het functioneren van de player, maar SoundCloud kan ook gegevens verzamelen voor statistiek- en marketingdoeleinden.

Wanneer je de player afspeelt, worden gegevens zoals je IP-adres en browserinformatie gedeeld met SoundCloud. Human Error Synth Repair heeft geen invloed op dit gegevensgebruik. Voor meer informatie kun je het privacybeleid van SoundCloud raadplegen.

Spamdetectie

Om spam te voorkomen maakt deze site gebruik van Cloudflare Turnstile en Akismet. Deze diensten controleren automatisch of een formulierinvoer legitiem is. Daarbij kunnen technische gegevens zoals IP-adres worden verwerkt.

Wat je rechten zijn

Je mag altijd vragen welke gegevens ik van je bewaar. Je kunt ook verzoeken om deze gegevens te wijzigen of te verwijderen, tenzij ik ze wettelijk moet bewaren (bijvoorbeeld voor mijn administratie).

Personal data I process

Through the contact form I collect data that you fill in yourself, such as your name, email address and information about your device. I use this data solely to respond to your message, schedule an appointment if needed, and for administrative purposes in case of invoicing.

How and where your data is stored

  • The contents of your form are temporarily stored on the server to deliver your message securely.
  • After that, your data is stored locally in ErrorLog, my own repair management system. Your name, contact details and device information are recorded there to process your repair request, track its progress and keep you informed about the status of your repair. ErrorLog runs locally only and your data is not shared with third parties. Data is retained for up to one year after the repair is completed.
  • No personal data is permanently stored on the server.

For administration I use Moneybird. Data required for invoicing and bookkeeping is processed and retained there for as long as legally required. Moneybird complies with applicable security and privacy regulations. More information can be found in the Moneybird privacy statement.

Appointment scheduling via Meetergo

When you book an appointment through Meetergo, you provide your details via their platform. Meetergo is an EU-based service and processes data in accordance with the GDPR. Appointment data is retained by Meetergo for up to three months after the appointment date. You can find Meetergo’s privacy policy here: https://www.meetergo.com/privacy-policy.

SoundCloud

This website may include an embedded SoundCloud player for streaming music directly. When you use this player, SoundCloud uses cookies and similar technologies. These may be necessary for the player to function, but SoundCloud may also collect data for analytics and marketing purposes.

When you play the player, data such as your IP address and browser information is shared with SoundCloud. Human Error Synth Repair has no control over this data use. For more information, please refer to the SoundCloud privacy policy.

Spam detection

To prevent spam, this site uses Cloudflare Turnstile and Akismet. These services automatically check whether a form submission is legitimate. Technical data such as IP addresses may be processed in doing so.

Your rights

You may always ask which data I hold about you. You may also request that this data be amended or deleted, unless I am legally required to retain it (for example, for my administration).
